The Huawei Band 2 Pro would be a great option for you if you’re looking for a quality fitness watch that packs numerous features without spending a large amount of money, and let’s hear why.

From a design perspective, the Band 2 Pro is available in three different color editions such as the black which we are currently reviewing, the blue and the red, but regardless of your choice all of them look and perform surprisingly good.

This particular model sports a durable, water-resistant construction that houses a built-in GPS, a tiny but vivid screen, long-lasting battery as well as a comfortable and stable wristband that will never slip off your hands during your workouts.

I would also like to add that it won’t take long before you find your way of using this watch, since all you have to do is just press the button on the bottom of the display and your workout may start right away. You can also scroll through the list of activities in order to choose your modes so as you can see, it isn’t complex at all.

Now, let’s talk about the features.

Thanks to the built-in GPS, this unit will monitor you while you’re running and track your route as well so you won’t have to use your smartphone at all.

In addition, the Band 2 Pro will keep track of the calories you’ve burned, advise you about the length of the recovery time you would need after working out, and even keep track of your sleep including the sleep quality score, the REM sleep and much more, which is fantastic because you will be literally informed about everything.

Another interesting thing about this watch is the fact that, you can reject calls, set alarms, view messages and be constantly connected with everyone around you, and if you ask me, this unit is capable enough to substitute your smartphone.

Finally, Huawei rates the battery life at 21 days of a normal use, however, take in mind that the workout mode drains the battery faster, so you will get between 4-5 hours of battery.

Overall, the Band 2 Pro deserves your attention so give it a try and feel its potential!

The Garmin Forerunner 35 is among the most purchased fitness watches on the market, and since its release, users are constantly purchasing it. So let’s get quickly into action in order to find out why are they satisfied by having it.

From a design perspective, the Forerunner 35 comes in 4 colors from which you can choose from, but take in mind that all of them share quality, so the price is the only thing that makes them differ from each other.

For your information, we’ve chosen the black model because it is classy, but this doesn’t mean that this is not the case with the others, since we are talking about a taste.

Moreover, at the front, you will instantly notice the 0.93-inch, 128 by 128-pixel display that has two buttons on the right, one of them is for navigating through menus, while the other one is for starting and selecting a workout. On the left, there is yet another button which is for adjusting the backlight as well as a back button, so you won’t have any troubles in terms of accessing.

I’d also like to add that its default band will stay fixed to your wrist and it won’t cause discomfort, but you can replace it anytime you want if you feel that you have to switch to a different color.

Now, let’s talk about the performance.

The Forerunner 35 uses the wrist-based heart rate technology which means that, this device will constantly monitor your heart rate without having to attach a chest strap, so your user-experience will definitely be convenient.

In addition, this unit has many useful features, of which the most notable is the built-in GPS, smart notifications, the cardio modes such as run indoor, run outdoor and bike. I’d also like to mention that this watch is waterproof for up to 50 meters, however, it won’t ‘track your swimming progress.

When it comes to the battery life, the manufacturer rates it at 13 hours in training mode and 9 days in the regular mode on a single charge, which is fantastic.

To conclude, I strongly recommend you consider the Forerunner 35, and if you ever decide to purchase it, you will never regret your decision.

Moreover, this unit is equipped with the PurePulse heart rate tracking technology, which is maybe the biggest highlight regarding its strong functionalities due to the fact that from now on, you won’t have to wear a chest strap in order to track your heartbeat.
